Rainbow has been conceived as complete community built to exceptionally high standards with guidelines to ensure that the homes, amenities and resident requirements complement the overall design of this unique neighbourhood.

Rainbow has been planned with safety in mind – including sidewalks, trails between houses , paths leading directly to the parks, playgrounds, a new valley trail directly to Alpine on the same side of the highway, two access points for the fire department, a central shopping area and a new intersection off the highway.
