A RBC Construction Mortgage allows you to draw funds at various stages of construction when building a home. RBC allows you to finance both the costs of the land as well as the costs of construction. Your RBC Mortgage Specialist will complete a construction worksheet that will help you understand the draw process and assess whether a construction mortgage is right for you.
